St. Barbara’s Day celebration with a procession around Zagorje

St. Barbara, the patron saint of miners, celebrates the name day on 4th December.

She is also a patron saint of ironworkers, towers, farmers, architects, construction workers, roofers, masons, bell-casters etc.

The event is organized by the Mining Museum and Ethnological Association SREČNO ZAGORJE.
