Vine peak

We start in Zagorje and ascend to the Ruardi airfield, from where we then follow the road to Vine. We leave the road after about 200 m and turn right onto a cart track in the direction of Cilenca. The path takes us past two houses and an orchard, where we arrive to the forest. We follow the path to the old ruins, where we get to the highest peak of Cilenca (there is a bench) after a short ascent. We continue to follow the path that makes several short ascents and descents before we reach the hiking trail from the valley to Čemšeniška planina. But we only follow this path until a church sign, at which we turn left to make a short ascent to Vinski vrh. There, we walk towards Kisovec and traverse the entire ridge of Vinski vrh. Once at the other side, we get to a clearing in the forest, where we turn left and walk at the edge of the forest until we reach a forest cart track . Once there, we turn left and soon start to descent towards the Zavine settlement. The path offers nice views of Čemšeniška planina, Sveta planina and Javor. We continue along the road that brings us to Loke.

 Time: 1 hour 30 min to Vinski vrh and 45 min to Loke pri Zagorju
